We are located in one of the most famous white-tail havens in the world.  The farm we manage and you will be hunting is where the famous Fulton, Schuyler and McDonough Counties come together.  We like to call it the Golden Triangle.  Most of the farm is in Fulton County with the rest being in Schuyler.  I am fortunate to have 1,000 acres to play with and manage.  My wife, daughter and I live on the west end of the property.  I am and have been a deer hunting freak.  If I am not working I am doing homework or work related to hunting.  Living on the farm allows me to scout year round with trail cams, through shed hunting and by hunting itself.  I want this farm to be a deer magnet which is why I am taking it over and offering hunts to you (but only a select few).  We plant food plots year round on the farm of standing crops and clover along with what they already have.  Why hunt with us?  Here are a few reasons.  We will only offer 9 hunts total for the whole farm; 3 hunts each a week long for 3 weeks during the prime of the rut.  The farm will set idle the month of October (Doe season for us is late season).  Each person will have a stand for the prevalent wind directions!  No sitting in one stand all week.  2 guides for 3 hunters.  This equals out to over 300 acres per hunter.  These figures are rarely found in the midwest especially in this area.  I want to treat you the way I would want to be treated if I was coming to Illinois on a hunt.  I can do this for a small sacrifice and help from the land owner.  Punch your ticket to a lagging pope & young buck - book your next hunt with us!

My name is Josh Nehmelman, owner and operator of Oak Tree Outfitters of Illinois.  I have been deer hunting since I was a little boy and over the years I have become obsessed some would say, about scouting and killing big deer.  I work at a local power plant for my real job but all my spare time involves scouting and feeding the deer on the farm.  I know the farm like the back of my hand.  My wife Cassie and I along with our daughter Aslyn live on the farm so you can rest assured I know the farm.  I am lucky to have a wonderful family and wife who knows how much I love to hunt.  Lucky or good ( I like to think good) I have killed 11 bucks over 130", 8 with a bow and 3 with a gun.  6 of them are over 160".  I would like to hope with this experience I can put you on an outstanding buck.

Guide: Franki Clark

 Franki is a good friend of mine that takes bow hunting just as serious as I do.  He is a laborer for a local labor local and during the seasons he is not on the job, you can find him in the woods.  Franki lives within 20 minutes of the farm and also knows it well.  He to has a wonderful family that understands his passion.  He has many pope & young bucks to his credit including a 191" monster gun kill.  He will do whatever it takes to get intimate with a big deer and will use that expertise to help you put your hands on a trophy.
